What is Zerocom II?

Zerocom II is a yarn auto measurer. It measures each yarn length wound on bobbin or cylinder of pirn/bobbin winder. Its accuracy minimizes waste yarn and improves cloth quality.

Principle

ZerocomⅡ is a yarn auto measurer which measure yarn length during winding. Yarn spin blade wheel of ZerocomⅡ during pass around blade wheel by friction.
As the circumference of blade wheels is 0.1m, 1 turn means 0.1m yarn which passed and wound on bobbin.  ZerocomⅡ counts the number of rotations and displays length.
When wound length reaches the length set by the main controller, the interior cutter cuts the yarn automatically.
