Winding process

ZerocomⅡ help you to wind yarn on each bobbin equally. Waste yarn remaining on primary cone will be minimized.
Because ZerocomⅡ has 2-3g tension itself, control range of tenser is decreased. Thus tenser will act more stably.
Through length on ZerocomⅡ, you can compare winding status of one spindle with others

Twisting / Converting process

As all bobbins have equal length yarn, the gap of working time between each spindle is minimal.
Minimized gap of working time let you to save energy and increase productivity on twisting or covering M/C.
Reduced working time prevents yarn from splitting and deterioration of properties.

Wrapping process

By equivalent lenght, there is no shortage in wrapper. Thus you are able best beam without knot.
No shortage of yarn reduces labor and working time.
No shortage lets you arrange correct wrap proportion within same wilted ratio caused by winding position.
( surface, middle and inner side of cylinder )

Weaving process

You get high quality cloth with best beam without knot and dirt.
Interruption caused by knot of beam does not occur. Therefore, you can increase working ratio and prevent weaving troubles.
Length management by ZerocomⅡ standardizes working conditions. Therefore, irregular working same as decrease T/M on twisting prcess or increase wrapping speed is not permitted.
